Besieged (Review: Vaccine, One Sided Demo 2009)

Vaccine is everything Siege stood for and sounded like cornered into the peaks of extremities;  jumping into hypersonic territory, hell bent on more emphatic leaps on the decibel scale and going ape-shit for an exponentially heavier output. Were Siege lacked nothing but the bpm to break themselves beyond hardcore  territory, Vaccine overcompensate by ripping through the boundary at  break neck pace, burning their mark down, as  their throes of havoc collide with the more abrasive  and indignant zeniths of Powerviolence .

Vaccine strip mine their songs to be nothing but an inexorable procession of hair trigger blasts, industrial strength buzzsaw riffs and scrambling screams; a chastisement that comes in 5 condensed blurs of adrenaline kicking musical belligerency. There’s no Monkey See Monkey do pandering here, only a detonation of furor  that leaves in the same fashion it entered: grinding your ear drums into dust. Prepare yourselves for one of the most mordant and heart beat raising two minutes you will suffer under music. The slight advantage of such a short run time really presses the point of just how fast these speed fiends are, but its only flaw if we can call it such is that it will leave you in a pit of dirt begging for more. Iron fisted powerviolence taking the reins at its best.

Still not Fast enough or Loud enough? Go fuck yourself!
